Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Squick App Delivery Services (“Services”).
The Services will be available Monday to Friday during the trading hours of 8 am to 6 pm. Last Orders are 5pm. Pre-Orders are also available.
The Services are available to delivery addresses within the M25.
Delivery times are subject to availability and are estimates only (including any GPS delivery and/or any Squick tracking services).
Squick reserves the right to restrict or withdraw the Services at any time and without notice.
Squick will contact you using the mobile number you provide when you place your order in the event it becomes aware of any issue preventing delivery of your order.
You will not be able to cancel your order once your order has been placed; should you change your mind and no longer want the order then please contact our Customer Services team.
You will need to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery. If no one is available, then you will be contacted by Squick to arrange for the return of your order.
All orders will be charged a delivery fee and Service Charge which will be shown at the checkout.
Squick reserves the right to amend its Delivery and/or Service charges at any time prior to accepting an order. To qualify, orders must be placed using your Squick account through the Squick App. To access the Services, Location services must be enabled when using the Squick App for the purpose of determining your location is within the set radius.
Only products within the Squick App are available for the Services.
Your delivery address will determine the Service’s availability, and the mobile phone number confirmed when placing your order will be used in the event We need to contact you.
Orders cannot be accepted for the Services where the total basket exceeds 25kg and/or dimensions in excess of 60cmx40cmx40cm. Once an order has been placed for the Services you will receive a notification via the Squick App confirming it has been accepted. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a further confirmation via the Squick App.
You will be able to track your orders progress, as well as receive notifications and updated arrival times, via the Squick App.
To receive in-App notifications please enable push notifications.
At any time, you can manage your push notification preferences in the Squick App settings or in the device settings of your mobile phone.
Squick will not be responsible for any impact to the Services as a result of your disabling push notifications. Use of personal data received in the course of the Services will be in accordance with Squick’s Privacy Policy, see Privacy Policy for details.
By using the Services, you consent to Squick contacting you for the purpose of obtaining feedback on your experience. You may contact our Customer Services team at any time for any queries concerning your order, or to provide feedback on the Services.
Squick, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall not be responsible or liable to compensate for any loss, damage (including without limitation loss of profit or reputation, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network service or other connections, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss), occurring as a result of the Services or any delays in the Services.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Services are governed by English law, and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Squick reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
